Lowers front and rear approx 20-25mm from standard for reduced bodyroll on cornering, nose dive on braking and squirming on acceleration with no loss or ride quality. Compatible with BMW adaptive and non-adaptive damping. Four wheel alignment recommended.

Fits: Cooper ALL4, Cooper D ALL4, Cooper S, Cooper S ALL4, Cooper SD, Cooper SD ALL4, John Cooper Works ALL4.
